This story was first Published by Trafford Publishing and is listed on Chapters.ca and Amazon.ca but is listed as 3 to 5 weeks and 4 to 6 weeks (respectively) for delivery. After it was Published I realized there were many errors that escaped my notice and it would have cost me too much to republish with Trafford.
In 2004 this book was republished by Baico Publishing. This edition has been updated and corrected and is available through the following:
